Project narrative
Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plan – Advise on key environmental obligations and waste management procedures that apply to contractor organisations, their subcontractors and employees while completing construction and demolition activities on the proposed development site and specifically to address conditions laid out in the relevant planning permission.
Soil Waste Classification – Retrieval of representative subsurface soil samples from the site; Laboratory analysis; Completion of Waste Classification using HazWasteOnline™ Tool and Assessment using Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC) requirements; Reporting with recommendations for recovery/disposal.
Invasive Species Survey – To confirm the presence and identify the locations of species of plant on the site that are listed as non-native invasive species in Ireland.
Pre-demolition/Refurbishment Asbestos Survey – To identify the presence, location and condition of all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within areas that will be disturbed during the planned demolition works; produce a report identifying areas of confirmed and suspected asbestos with commentary on condition and extent. Recommendations for management.
