Producing a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment report to present the findings of the site investigation in terms of trial pit logs, water sampling logs, figures and site photographs.

Comparing the chemical analysis results to assessment criteria values for groundwater and soils.

Producing a Conceptual Site Model (CSM) for the land and groundwater environment to assess the reported contamination source at a site, the migration pathways it may follow and the receptors it could impact.

Verde was commissioned by our client to conduct a Phase II Environmental Assessment to investigate and assess the potential impact to soils and a stream following a discharge of a process wash water to nearby lands.

A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment includes gathering samples of soil or water (surface and ground), or both, at the property, to test for hazardous materials or environmental contamination. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is usually required when an environmental condition is discovered during a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment or when additional environmental testing is recommended because of findings discovered during a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment.
