Project Summary/Goals

Verde provided construction dewatering services for JJ Rhatigan Building Contractors at the E3 Learning Foundry development in Trinity College Dublin. The site was across 2,200m2 and involved an 8 metre dig with seccant wall construction to facilitate the installation of a double basement.

Verde provided discharge licence application services, along with a bespoke dewatering system to control waters and provide compliance for water discharge from the site.
