Spending on home renovations, whilst ignoring their corroded oil tank has proved costly to one home owner.

No expense was spared in the house renovations, however by not upgrading the corroded oil tank, the home owner is now faced with unforeseen costs as the oil has seeped all around the new utility room which will have to be dug up and remediated.
