Buying a house may well be the biggest investment you will ever make.
- Saving for a deposit, securing a loan and identifying the property you want to buy are just some of the early challenges.
- You will need to be sure that the house is in a suitable location, is structurally sound and in a condition that is easy to maintain.
- You will also need to know that the house will be easy to sell, in the event of new opportunities or change in your life circumstances.
- You need to have peace of mind so that you can buy with confidence and enjoy the process as much as possible.
John Garrett is Director of John T Garrett & Associates in Limerick and is one of the Mid West’s most respected experts in this area and has inspected many thousands of properties for intending purchasers for well over thirty years.
